Research Review October 2018 Table of Contents: Volume and Frequency Edition

October was highlighted by the third massive rewrite of the volume bible.  New research has been added, and the analyses have been completely revamped.  Emerging data is starting to support the inverted U hypothesis of volume and hypertrophy.  In this rewrite, you'll learn what this all means to program design.
