video research review on the latest study on training to failure, and some
major updates to the time-restricted intermittent fasting and isolation
movement evidence based guides.
Evidence-Based Guides
- Time-Restricted Intermittent Fasting: Your Complete Evidence-Based Guide (UPDATED JULY 2019). A major update has been made, with an analysis of the new study by Tinsley et al. and discussion of the impacts on appetite, energy expenditure, and muscle protein synthesis. Here are the sections that have been updated or are new:
- Do Isolation Movements Improve Hypertrophy Over Compound Movements? An Evidence-Based Guide and Meta-Analysis (UPDATED JULY 2019). A section on the recent study by Mannarino et al. has been added, and the study tables/key takeaways have been updated.
