Hello, everyone! I’m back from my European vacation now and still have a lot of catching up to do. I will be posting the first Weightology Weekly articles for this month hopefully within the next 2-3 days. I am also still catching up on email and comments; I know some of you emailed me or commented on articles while I was gone, so I will be looking to respond to those as well.
